Are you due a pay rise?
From 1st April 2020, the government will introduce the new National Minimum Wage (NMW). This means that a worker aged 25 or over will see an increase of 6.2% to their hourly rate, on full-time hours that can be a pay rise of £930.
Minimum wages are reviewed each year and are implemented by the government every April if there is an increase. Currently, the hourly rate for the minimum wage depends on your age and if you working as an apprentice as set out below
