National Minimum Wage Increases, April 2021
The National Living Wage will increase 2.2% from £8.72 to £8.91 from 1st April 2021. This can be up to annual pay rise of £345 for a full time worker on this rate. The increase will also see a change in the NLW age threshold to include 23 & 24 year olds (previous years, the NLW threshold was 25 year olds and over).
Minimum wages are reviewed each year and are implemented by the government every April if there is an increase. The new rates for April 2021 are set out below
